SUMMER SCHOOL 2020

WEDNESDAY 15TH JANUARY

 Summer School is a great way for students to get back into the routine of things. With great teachers the students will learn some thrilling routines and get a taste of what MDS has to offer. Summer School will be held on Wednesday the 15th of January 2020.

MDS DINNER DANCE

SATURDAY 25TH JULY

The Dinner Dance is a fun, exciting night held at the Freccia Azzurra Club on Springvale Rd, Braeside and allows all the students to put on an amazing floorshow for all their friends and family.  This night includes 2 course meal, DJ, Raffles and more and is a great opportunity for the dancers to perform.  A compulsory stage rehearsal will be held at the venue on Thursday 23rd July. 

COMPETITIONS &

CHARITY FUNDRAISERS

Competitions build self-esteem, confidence, provide stage practice and promote teamwork. For 2019 troupe students will have the opportunity to perform at several Eisteddfods throughout the year. Competitions are a big commitment. A regular and consistent attendance to production classes is important.

MDS ANNUAL SHOWCASE

Saturday 5th decEMBER

All students will have the chance to perform at the end of year concert held at the Alexander Theatre Monash Clayton. This event Showcases what the students have learnt throughout the year. It is a great opportunity to bring all your friends and family along and enjoy what will be an amazing show for MDS. A Compulsory stage rehearsal will also be required on this date.
